Looking for Web Designers Willing To Learn Rails

Greetings. We’re working on a small project for the Philippine Ruby Users Group. We particularly need a web designer to help us and volunteer on the project.

Currently, I have about 10 to 15 hours availability per week to work on the project and we still need more people who are naturally enthusiastic and willing to help or provide their services for free.
